Over the past eight years, The Aristocrats have released critically acclaimed albums, engaged in world tours and established themselves as one of the most irreverent, original and surprising rock-fusion instrumental bands on the planet. Anyone who has seen one of their live performances – rich in rock, jazz, pop, metal and even country music – has been impressed by the group’s spirit and amazing improvisations.

Guthrie Govan is one of the hottest guitarists on the international music scene: his album Erotic Cakes (2006) instantly became a classic. He is one of the most in-demand musicians for seminars and master classes and has appeared on the cover of two historic magazines: Guitar Player Magazine (July 2011) and Guitar World Magazine (April 2015).

Bassist Bryan Beller has played with artists such as Steve Vai, Joe Satriani, Mike Keneally (Frank Zappa) and in numerous metal bands. He is the author of educational material for Alfred Publishing. He was on the cover of the October 2012 issue of Bass Player Magazine.

Marco Minnemann is considered by fans and colleagues to be one of the most talented and innovative drummers around. His versatility has earned him collaborations with Adrian Belew, UKZ, Steven Wilson, Joe Satriani, Necrophagist, Steve Hackett. He has been on the cover of several magazines, including Modern Drummer.

The band was formed in 2011, after the incredible success of a concert that had been preceded by only one rehearsal. Govan was even hired as a replacement for a last-minute defection. The alchemy that came out of that first meeting continues to this day. After the debut album The Aristocrats in 2011 and the live Boing, We’ll Do it Live! (2012), in 2013 they released Culture Clash, whose title alludes to the band’s multiple nationalities (Govan is English, Beller is American, Minnemann is German). In 2015 they recorded Tres Caballeros, which they toured in 2016 in Asia. You Know What…? (2019) is their latest release.
